Бойцы ДУК «Правый сектор» не пустили наблюдателей Специальной мониторинговой миссии ОБСЕ, которые направлялись на территорию наблюдательного поста в Авдеевке.
Об этом говорится в отчете миссии, опубликованном пресс-службой ОБСЕ.
При этом бойцы «ПС» проигнорировали призывы со стороны штаба АТО, а также украинского представителя в Совместном центре контроля и координации на Донбассе.
Как утверждается в отчете, военнослужащие «Правого Сектора» настаивали на том, что они не подчиняются приказам руководства ВСУ, а руководствуются своими собственными.
