US actor Harrison Ford injured in golf course plane crash

The plane crashed at about 2:30 pm (2230 GMT) on the Penmar Golf Course a short distance away from Santa Monica’s general aviation airport, and two doctors who were golfing treated Ford at the scene, witnesses said. Ford was alone in the plane, according to reports. The National Transportation Safety Board will investigate the crash.
